1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TRACO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TRACO provides real-time price alerts, trade journaling (Vault), analytics, and related tools for traders. The Service includes free and paid tiers. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment aggregators. Plans are activated automatically upon successful payment verification.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old and legally capable of entering contracts. By using TRACO, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
One account per person. Device fingerprinting is used for trial abuse prevention.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Free Trial

7-day trial for new accounts that never had a paid plan.
One trial per email, device, and IP (max 2 trials/IP).
Trial grants Starter features only. No credit card or payment details required.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via our authorized payment gateway. Activation is immediate upon successful transaction verification.

Pro and Ace plans auto-renew. When you subscribe, you authorize an Autopay mandate (via UPI Autopay or your card issuer) that automatically charges you at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, as selected) until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing — cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for; you keep access until it ends.

We offer a 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund by emailing support@officialtraco.online within 5 days of your payment. After 5 days, payments are non-refundable. For full details, please read our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer — Not Investment Advice

TRACO is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. All alerts, analytics, and market data are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, or an offer to trade any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading carries substantial risk of loss.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect: email, device fingerprint, trade/alert data, IP address, and transaction references.

9. Intellectual Property

TRACO name, logo, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRACO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
